Ok now I know there are alot of places to buy a car but I have to tell you none of them are like Hillside Honda. I have purchase 6 different cars in my lifetime all different makes. This time I thought I try Honda and I am so glad I did. I love my new Accord, it's drives like a dream! I did the usaul shopping and went to a few dealers and just didn't like any of them. Some were way to pushy and others just didn't care if I forked over my hard earned money to them or not. Then I tried Hillside I looked up there website which was a sinch to use and I spoke to Chris who was straight up and honest with me. He didn't try to bs me. I made an appointment and he introduced my to Adrian and Peter two of the most stand up guys I ever met. We worked out all the mumbo jumbo and I drove off in my brand new 2010 Honda Accord EXL coupe!!! I love it!!! I wish could live in it :). Hillside Honda knows how to make customers happy! I wanted to buy a car for my daughter but was not sure I wanted to buy a car for my daughter but was not sure what will be the best car, been that she was only eighteen years old and I wanted to m I wanted to buy a car for my daughter but was not sure what will be the best car, been that she was only eighteen years old and I wanted to make sure she was going to be safe and affordable...I decided to go to hillside honda number one reason is because i heard the great deal they were having not only on the radio, but also among my coworkers. after doing my researches and got to the conclusion they were having the biggest sales in the entire area. one day I decided to go in there,as soon as i walking in a salesperson offer to help me very polite, patience gave me my space it was the best experience ever, bought the civic for my daughter we left happy... four months later I called to make my first appointment for an oil change that even went better they offered the express service which i was able to seat there and wait for my car, love the idea so i went the next morning, exactly how they told me i waited, read the newspaper, while drinking a coffee from the house, my car was ready in half an hour, gentleman name Joseph was the one who helped me, very courtesy explained what was done to my car and i got to work on time...... from the time of purchase all the way to the time of service is been a great experience to deal with hillside honda!!! thanks for the excellent service joseph.. My experience from the moment I walked into Hillside Honda was wonderful. Donald approached me, introduced himself as well as Frank Caputo. He showed me the car I was interested in, explained all that was included in the base price of the car, allowed me all the time I needed to look over the car, then took me for a test drive. I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience of buying this car was with Donald. Every sales person should be as this man is. He knows the cars, the different methods/choices of payment and most importantly, it seems to me that he knows people and how to treat them, very well. He helped me with a problem I had with my insurance without "batting and eye". He transferred my insurance over to Geico in no time and took just the right amount of time to explain what it was I was signing and why. Donald is a wonderful salesman and a very nice person. I am very grateful to him for being as he is; for helping me with this large investment; for selling me a wonderful car. Frank Caputo was exceptional as well. He was very friendly, assuring, knowledgeable and helpful with whatever I needed answered. I appreciate very much that he is not at all a high pressure sales manager. His personality is very low key, he is sure of the cars he sells and it seems to me he knows that using less words speaks volumes more than trying to sell a person on a car by talking way too much about the car.
