Unlike other car sales reps that we had dealt with in the past, Adrian made us feel very comfortable. He was never pushy. He offered to take us on a test drive on the new Honda. I declined because I was already sold on the Accord. It didn't take long to settle on a great lease price, even better than my previous lease and the deal was done.
