I owned a 2005 Honda CRV since February 2008. It was the replacement vehicle for my 1996 Honda Accord. I purchased that vehicle from Bay Ridge Honda in Brooklyn where I live. The day I came in to Hillside Honda, I was not particularly looking into trading up my vehicle, I was in with a friend who was. Upon speaking with Darryl, he made it clear that it was not only a possibility but a reality that I could trade up my vehicle and still remain in the same price range and payments as my current one. Everything was disclosed to me and I was included in the whole process. The experience that I had with Hillside Honda was exceptional and other dealerships should take note on their practices. Darryl Jones is a wonderful and personable salesman. Patrick Onyekweli, on of the business managers, made "signing on that dotted line" less painful. Unlike other car sales reps that we had dealt with in the past, Adrian made us feel very comfortable. He was never pushy. He offered to take us on a test drive on the new Honda. I declined because I was already sold on the Accord. It didn't take long to settle on a great lease price, even better than my previous lease and the deal was done. Within a couple of hours of walking in the door, we were driving away in our new Accord. If you're looking for a new Honda, try Hillside Honda first and ask for Adrian. More
