Hillside Honda

My first time going to Hillside Honda after I had an accident went very smoothly. I would very much reconsider them if I needed anything else such as oil changes or tune ups because their customer suppo accident went very smoothly. Paragon honda actually recommended I go there even though I am closer to them, which doesn't make sense or maybe they don't want me there after the last time I went because of some issues. At hillside, Joel was very nice and aided me through the process of what needed to be done to repair my car that I'd believe any person that is not into cars like myself would feel comfortable and understand everything. To put plain and simple, they do not force you or push you into things you don't know about or need, and how can I forget about the coffee there which is very good and free!! More

I was amazed and very satisfied at the way I was treated. I had went in with my husband and we were just browsing for cars and Manny greeted us. We were a little skeptic at the fact that we really wasn't prepared to purchase a car . But Manny really was nice and told us he would try his best to give us a good bargain. Which he did, We took it for a test drive which I found awesome and fell in love more with it. We ended up buying the car and was very surprised we walked out with a car and mostly was very satisfied with the service at Hillside Honda. I will recommend this dealership to anyone that is trying to purchase a car. More

Mario was just incredible. I've heard too many horror stories about what sharks car salesmen can be, but Mario was the complete opposite of eveything I was warned. And even though the manager Frank looks llike an ex pro-wrestler, he was far from intimidting as well. He was just as friendly and approachable as Mario. In fact everyone was. Every single employee I encountered was polite and courteous and always smiling. Hillside Honda was not what I expected and I couldn't be happier for that. More

i think everyone's biggest fear is getting ripped off. I know mines was. However, when I left hillside honda i felt like i riped them off. Joel goes above and beyond. On one occasion I was running late and could not make it to the dealership by closing time and he stayed on his own time and waited for me 45 min. I was really worried about wasting my time cause I got bad credit but I heard the radio ad that Hillside Honda could get me approved so I called in to see what that was all about. When I called up Michael bad credit but I heard the radio ad that Hillside Honda could get me approved so I called in to see what that was all about. When I called up Michael reassured me that they have the highest credit approval rating and they would do whatever it takes to get me in the vehicle that I wanted and Wow they weren't lying! Even though I was really nervous about getting approved, Mr. O'Neil showed me some affordable vehicles and the Manager David helped get me approved. It's magic or something I don't even know how they do it but if you're worried about having bad credit give Hillside Honda a shot and they will put you in a car. More

This is a service review. My state inspection was expiring and I was going out of town so it had to get done today. Although we called on the day we needed to be seen and could not get to the dealer expiring and I was going out of town so it had to get done today. Although we called on the day we needed to be seen and could not get to the dealer before 10:30 AM, Suzanne managed to fit us in and Joelle managed to get the car inspected while I waited. An hour later I was inspected and out for $37. I have been to garages that always find something that needs fixing before giving you the sticker, but that was the furthest things from anyone's mind here. Just a winning attitude, quick service, and care. More
