Hillside Honda

This was my first time Leasing a Honda Civic 2009.Previously I had a used Accord. I scheduled an appointment for my first FREE OIL CHANGE AND CHECK UP with a very curtious and efficient Secretar 2009.Previously I had a used Accord. I scheduled an appointment for my first FREE OIL CHANGE AND CHECK UP with a very curtious and efficient Secretary whose name is Jenny for 8:30AM. I arrived at 8:08AM was greeted by a pleasant service representative escorted into the waiting room and was helped by Vinnie, the Service Writer, and great mechanic. I was out of the Dealership by 8:50AM. There expertise allowed me to be at my office by 9:00AM without stress or worry. Thank you Hillside Honda for your professionalism in staff and respect and attentiveness to your customers. It is clear to us that Hillside Honda prides itself on customer service. All employees that we encountered were respectful and knowledgeable. We felt that Mike wanted us to be satisfied and made sure that we were. We worked with Frank, another manager, one evening after Mike left. Frank took care of a concern that we had in an easy and efficient manner. Before going to Hillside Honda we shopped around at a few other Honda dealerships. After visiting Hillside Honda we knew that this was the place that we wanted to make our purchase. We are very happy that we did.
