I did not think purchasing a car was so quick and satisfiying I walked In at Hillside Honda and June Torres greeted me and he was very friendly and nice. I had went to a dealer in the bronx and they were very interested in my money then my concerns regarding the price and questions I had. June answered all my questions and was very attentive. I took the car for a test drive and I was very satisfied when It came down for the price I was more than happy.It did not take that long to do the paper work which i thought was great and either to get my car. I was looking for a Honda Accord and I had done my research about the car ,I was very interested to buy It , But I was looking for a fair price and the right customer service . I knew that they were just trying to make their money but didnt really care about my budget and really had a nasty atitude which was a turnoff . I had an appointment with Dareyll and from the get he shook my hand and was very polite which I liked. He was very knowledgeble regarding the car he knew mostly everything which i thought was fantastic. He made me feel so comfortable . After my test drive I knew that Hillside Honda was the place that I was going to purchase it . Everything was just right and I couldnt of asked a better sales person then Dareyll very professional and did not make me feel like he was in a rush but he literally took his time in explaining everything .I would recommend hillside honda the service is outstanding!. I called into Hillside Honda looking for a cheap preo-wned Accord and spoke to Christian on the phone. He was very helpful and set me right up to come in during the sale. I currently had visited several honda dealerships in NYC , to buy a car. I had experienced rudness and prices that were not reasonable. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Couldn't have been better. He answered all my questions and showed me around to see the cars. He helped me make a great decision not only that but the price he offered was very fair and right under my budget. My experience at Hillside Honda was great and no wonder it has so many positive feedback they defenitly work with you and dont care about your "cash" but your satisfaction. I'm glad I did my research got great customer service and got my car Im very pleased!!!. More

This is one of the crappiest dealership i have walked into. As soon as u walk in, there are no smiles in there. Everyone seems to act as if they are conceiving to loot your money. Guess what, they had charged me 4000 $$ more on the unit price of the honda civic i went to buy. I happened to realize it quickly and on questioning, why an $ 18,000 unit is being sold for $ 22,000, guess what was the answer? "Oh, this is based on the market demand and supply". So they think i was an idiot to believe that im gonna pay 4000 $ more for this stupid reason. I was like "Are u kidding me?". And after arguing for about 2 hrs, they were offering me the actual unit price of 18,000. That means, they tried to cheat me with $ 4000, if i was not aware and did not question the price. I felt so cheated and humiliated. I cancelled the deal. And i come back home upset only to find out that they have already charged my credit card $ 2000 down payment and $ 1,167 insurance deposit from Lang insurance, inspite of me cancelling the deal. so i had to call them back again, so many times already, to reimburse my money and its been more than 1 week, i still dont have my money back. I feel so bad after this horrendous experience with Hillside Honda. People are so unfriendly and mannerless there. I definitely recommend NOT to go to Hillside honda at any cost. More
