My wife and I had to wait at the Dealer for more than 7 hours to pick up our new Odyssey. It took them hours to install the optional alarm system we purchased. In addition, we were given only one Honda rem hours to pick up our new Odyssey. It took them hours to install the optional alarm system we purchased. In addition, we were given only one Honda remote control and we found out later that we are supposed to be given 2 Honda remote controls. We called the dealer numerous times, but no one followed up. As of now, more than 1 year after we purchased our car, we still have not received the 2nd remote control we are owed. More

The purpose of my visit at Hillside Honda (Queens NY) was for oil change and fuel injection service ( engine cleaning). I used to take my car to other service center since the prices were usually lower, however I have learned that the work done was often of a lesser quality. All the repairs at Honda are guaranteed and they take their time to explain the repairs and services that will be done on the car. Also they offer alternatives for repairs when possible. Unlike other service shops, I feel they strive to provide the best service. The facility is very clean and the service advisers are very professional. There are plenty of seats so you're comfortable if you choose to wait for your car. Also the advisers do their best to get your car ready as soon as possible. Making appointments is also easy since they can be made online via Honda website. Hillside Honda has always called or emailed to confirm the appointment. Overall I do think some of the services are more expensive then other service centers however; I do not mind it so much since I know I am getting quality work. I have had several visit with Mr Khan. He is always friendly and does his best to accommodate the customer. He takes the time to explain the services being done on the car. Also he often makes suggestions on other services that maybe needed. More
