I decided to put them on the back burner and visit these other dealerships that did give me a quote... OMG!! what a complete waste of my time... they either made up fees or told me that the prices they gave me were only valid for that specific day.. I almost lost hope, when Christian called me one day and told me about comming in, I thought to myself i got nothing to loose i really need a car and at that point i was getting ready to jump out of a window, i was so stressed out. I came in and met with a salesperson named Manny Arzeno. He was great, not only was he helpful and informative, but he was also able to get me a great deal on my Civic. I owe it all to Christian for his persistance, Manny for his patience and excellent customer service and finally Hillside Honda for getting me a great deal.. More
I bought my first Civic at Hillside Honda 12 years ago, and came back for a new one. My salesman M. Masud, was gracious and knowledgable about all the Hondas. I PURCHASED A 2010 HONDA ODYSSEY UNDER THE CASH FOR CLUNKERS PROGRAM. THEY HAD A VERY LIMITED SELECTION. I ALSO HAD TO VISIT THE DEALERSHIP MORE THAN FIVE TIMES FOR SUCH TRIVIAL REASONS, STAYING LATE CLUNKERS PROGRAM. THEY HAD A VERY LIMITED SELECTION. I ALSO HAD TO VISIT THE DEALERSHIP MORE THAN FIVE TIMES FOR SUCH TRIVIAL REASONS, STAYING LATE AND GOING EARLY JUST TO ANSWER MINOR INQUIRIES, SO DISORGANIZED. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO HAVE A ROOT CANAL INSTEAD. PROMISES... PROMISES.... YOU SHOULD EXPECT YOUR REBATE CHECK AROUND AUGUST 22ND.... IT'S SEPTEMBER 16 RIGHT NOW AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM YET. This dealership completely changed my mind on the car buying process. For starters, the showroom was clean and well lit. The salespeople were all well dressed and from my personal experience, genuinel buying process. For starters, the showroom was clean and well lit. When I told him I didn't need to buy immediately because of the high price on the new model year vehicles he proceeded to consult the sales manager. To my surprise the sales manager returned with an offer I couldn't refuse. I had done my homework and I knew from that moment that the quote he offered was very close to invoice and extremely reasonable for a car that had been available all of one week. I was skeptical at first, seeing how I got such a good price quote; however, as the deal went on it became obvious that the deal was legitimate. I made sure to be straightforward about my knowledge of the vehicle and the price range it could sell for. I also stated my intent to not add any additional warranties or accessories. The salesman was very gracious and promised me that I wouldn't have to add anything more than I wanted. My experience with the finance manager was just as smooth as it was with the salesman. The finance manager explained every piece of paper and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. To top off a great experience, it turned out that my salesman was able to secure a relatively low financing rate. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal on a Honda. This dealership provided great customer service and an excellent shopping environment. I would think that any educated customer who knows what they want and what they want to pay, can get a fair deal at Hillside Honda. More

I was told that they are a AAA certified dealer. After looking online on AAA webiste, I sent a quote request to this dealership for a 2007 Honda Odyssey. I recived an email next morning that this vehicle looking online on AAA webiste, I sent a quote request to this dealership for a 2007 Honda Odyssey. I recived an email next morning that this vehicle is available for purchase and I should come in for the test drive. However, I called in the dealership to reconfirm if they have the vehicle in stock. I was told yes, they have it. After I was off the phone with them, I received a call from a AAA rep saying that this vehicle is not available with the dealership and has been sold. I called the dealership again and told them about the call from AAA. Priscilla checked and told me that she was going off the inventory list, which showed it as being available. However, another customer has put a deposit of 500 dollars, so that car is not yet available. I decided to check if that was the right. I visited the dealership and guess what, they don't have a single 2007 Honda Odyssey in their lineup. The sales rep was just plainly lying. I asked my wife to request the quote for the same vehicle online the next day. This time also Ms. Priscilla replies that this vehicle is available for purchase and she should come in for the test drive. Benefit of doubt once, but twice on the same car shows that she was absolutely lying. This dealership will lie just to make you come to the dealership. I have already reported this to AAA and I am awaiting to hear from them. More
