I recently visited this dealership on an invitation from Ms. Bell. My experience with her was very pleasant from start to finish. I thought the odds were against having such efficient people at a car dealer Ms. Bell. My experience with her was very pleasant from start to finish. Everything she advised me of was precise, honest and to the point.The salesman she introduced me to was outstanding as well( I'm sorry I misplaced his card). She was very knowledgeable regarding their inventory.Unfortunately, my credit isn't the best at this time, so I was unable to purchase. Rest assured I will call and visit again in the very near future. I do hope I have the opportunity for Ms. Bell to assist me again. I have recommended Hillside Honda to a number of friends. More

We were kept waiting for a long time and after a while, we left. They said on the phone that we could see the car we were looking for, but after being there an hour, they did not show us the car. They quoted me a pretty fair deal on the internet just to get me in the door. Once I'm in they tried to charge me 2,000 in fees and then came up with fake numbers to cover it up. I asked them to itemize things but couldn't even come up with any correct numbers. I asked them how they came up with their numbers and all they can say was "FROM MY CALCULATOR". Very rude and demeaning to the customers. I believe all these reviews are fake. I mean even if I had a good experience would I give you a five for all the categories. Dont believe a word they say. I've never met a car sales person soooooo utterly incompetent. I don't care how new a sales person is - how do you sell cars and not know what the invoice is?! She looks at me like I have 3 heads, "uhh .. invoice?" then she comes and shows the the Honda car book and says "this car has blah blah" I know what the car is supposed to have, I'm buying it arent I? I want to see the actual invoice of what I'm buying since some dealers like to throw extras in the car to make unsuspecting buyers think they're getting a good deal when actually they're being xxxxx on the price. So then she's like "ohhh ... we call it something different" (ok but normal people call it an invoice) "I can show you one that's exactly the same in a different color?" So ok fine, we go see it, looks good, go to the desk to start paper work. Then the idiot goes "what price do you want it for?" LOL I want it for FREE you f*ckin' xxxxxx! What kind of a question is that? I've never heard of a dealer asking someone what price they want? LOL So I say "you're the one selling me the car, what can you do for me? what offer can you make me?" again looks at me like I have 3 heads, Ugh! So then the other sales person sitting with us shes tells me she's training him, when it's obvious he's the one training her. The 2 of them start to xx with me and still haven't given me a price. So ok fine "I was offered this price (Price B) from somewhere else" So she takes the sticker price (Price A) and pulls out her calculator subtracts Price B from Price A and goes "that almost a $4,000 difference (wow! I'm glad she can add & subtract), I'm not allowed to go below sticker price" LMAO xxxxxxxx!! but then she writes a price in between price A & price B and says she has to ask permission to offer me that price (which was a joke also) but didn't she just tell me she couldn't go below sticker price? I just laughed, walked out, and was like ok "buh bye!" THAT IS THE WORST SALES PERSON EVER & the person that was training her didn't seem so bright either. Please avoid this place like the plague! I requested an internet quote on a Honda Odyssey and received very argumentative and pushy phone calls to convince me to come in without a quote. I finally agreed after getting assurances from Ms. Bell that the price I offered was something "they could work with" and that it was worth driving in for an hour each way. I arrived at the dealership where they confirmed my conversations with Ms. Bell but after 2.5 hours already wasted said that they could not honor the price but could talk at a price that was about $4000 higher. BAIT and SWITCH is what they call this procedure. In fact the salesperson on the dealership floor said the internet salesperson "was just doing her job to bring people into the dealership"!!! Basically, if you are an internet savvy shopper and don't like getting ripped off then stay away. AVOID this dealership at all costs if you want to do honest business and expect them to keep their word. I received the price I wanted from another dealership and love the vehicle but wasted my time and money (I rented a car to go to the dealership). It really shows who they are when the lying pushy phone marketer "is just doing [their] job to bring people in". More
