I made an enquiry to buy a honda accord 2009 through honda's website, I later received an email from hillside Honda dealer, asked me to come in person to discuss further more regarding the financial opt honda's website, I later received an email from hillside Honda dealer, asked me to come in person to discuss further more regarding the financial options. During my visit on saturday 04/11/2009 I was asked to pay $500 and was told that the amount will be fully refunded if I don't like the APR and the monthly payment amount. Later today 04/13/2009 they came with an option something called ballon loan or straight option for 48 months with 17.5% interest, since the monthly payments and the APR was too high I refused the deal, the manager Mr. Mohamed Choudary then said thats what he can offer. Since I cannot offord that huge monthly payments I asked my money $500 and he said there is no money could be refunded either you take the deal or forget the $500, as I said I will have to file for a charge back he said let me see how you get the money back. More

I have been looking to get a new 09 Honda Civic so I have been doing research from dealership to dealership. I got my first Honda civic from Paragon Honda and it was the worst experience ever. I had to fight about the color the price the down payment pretty much everything the only reason why I stood there was because my friend just started working there. My lease was up and I saw how Hillside Honda had such great reviews so I gave them a chance and I was so pleased with the outcome. From the second I walked in I was greeted nicely and I was asked by salesman Ray Cruz if I needed help I stated “no just looking” He then stated “ok if you need anything I will be here for you.” To me that was good because there was no pushiness. At Paragon Honda I had to tell the salesman 4 times no thanks. Couldn’t help it but I really liked the way the 09 Civic looked so I asked Ray for more information and he was truly knowledgeable about the civic he was the first salesman to point out how the 09 Honda civic has a more aggressive front bumper. The environment was truly friendly and I walked away with the Civic I wanted at a great price. I was in the market for a new van. I narrowed it down to Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. My first choice was Odyssey. My goal was to trade-in my Honda Pilot with something more comfortable for my family. Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. My first choice was Odyssey. I went to Hillside Honda first since the odyssey was my first choice and also I had previously purchased two vehicles from the same dealer. Upon arrival to the dealer, I was greeted immediately by Masud. I told him I was looking for an Odyssey. He showed my family and myself all the features of the van. The van was very roomy and comfortable. I did all my research before I came to the dealer. In fact I had obtained the Black book value of my Pilot, the rate of insurance, and I even got an approved auto loan from my bank. After test drove the van, Masud and I began our negotiation. To make a long story short, Masud and his sale manager were able to offer me a price that I could not refused. I was in the dealer around 12 O'clock and I had my van available for pickup by 5 O'clock. Masud had done extraorindary work. He even lent his car to me so that my wife could made her 4 O'clock doctor appointment. He also noticed that Honda had a special APR offer which was significantly lower than my bank could offer. I would say that from all the dealers my wife and I went to. This has been the best out of all of them. From the moment we looked at the cars to the day of signing we were comfortable with the feeling of sa to. This has been the best out of all of them. They did everything possible with our trade and with the final sale to make sure we were driving out with a brand new car. Our sales representative Mr. Werner was the best I think we could have asked for. We saw that he made the effort to make us comfortable and at peace with our purchased. He gave us what WE wanted and not what they wanted for us. I have recommended this dealer and sales person to everyone who is looking for a vechical. I was stunned that all she said happened and, in addition, they told me that my car is functioning great and only needed an oil change, which they did. It was perfect, reliable and encouraging. I loved what I saw and experience the day I brought my car for service. I had plenty of questions to ask, but I did not have to ask them as the employees looked like waiting for us, as they took the car a car for service. In the waiting room, a nice lady left her desk and came and before I open my mouth, she answered all my unspelled questions. She even indicated to me that the car will be (not might be ) ready in 45 minutes, why happened exactly as she said. Not only this, but at the end, before I reach the cashier, a nice gentleman comforted me that every item on the paper with regard tpo my car was checked and found perfect.
