My experience at Hillside Honda has been a lifesaving experience thanks primarily to Wally Capehart(Sales Rep) and his team (Rayhan Zaman-Finance dept; Aniel Madray-Sales Manager & Joseph-BDC) who worked experience thanks primarily to Wally Capehart(Sales Rep) and his team (Rayhan Zaman-Finance dept; Aniel Madray-Sales Manager & Joseph-BDC) who worked collectively & relentlessly in order to secure me approval of a lease. I had been to numerous other dealers over the past 2 months including other Honda dealers closer to home (Suffolk County). With a less than desireable credit rating & with the current economic situation I knew I wasn't in a good position. Numerous other dealers made me feel beatdown & hopeless & I was chasing THEM down making mumerous (still unreturned) phone calls. They totally wasted my time. I was now frantic with 1 week away from not having a car & no transportation to & from work. I found my angels at Hillside Honda. The second I walked in the door I was immediately & pleasently greeted by Wally Capehart. I told him my current situation & what I could afford. From that point on, I truly felt treated as if I was family. Wally was genuinley concerned for my situation & his words were "We WILL get you a car". He updated me daily to let me know the status of my application and that he & his team were making every possible effort to get me approved. After so many other denials, I didn't have hope. Incredibly, Wally & his team made the impossible happen!! Not only did they get me approved BUT they also managed to keep it affordable!! They managed to do what others were not capable of doing.
