I want to thank Hillside Honda for a great experience in leasing my new car. I leased a 2009 Honda civic yesterday and i was amazed by the quality of customer service i received when i entered the showroom leasing my new car. I was turned over to Patrick Joseph who was very professional, friendly,straight forward, and not to mention great at what he does. He was very helpful in accommodating me with answers to my questions on payments and vehicle performance,andy question i had he answered. There were a few kinks in the process, with me being a first time buyer,very skeptical might i add. But Patrick handled all that with care. The fact that you can negotiate a price is very good. Mohamed was very friendly and professional. He comforted me when i was ready to give up. David Fields was Great!!!! He made it all this possible. He worked with what he had and was able to let me walk out with my first brand new car!!!!!!
