Hillside Honda

I like to do my research before getting myself into anything, so that is exactly what i first did. I went on american hondas website first to check out their vehicles and find out as much as i can bef anything, so that is exactly what i first did. I had my heart set on the honda civic, it was the perfect fit for me. After i looked around hondas site, i googled honda dealerships. I found a few dealerships but i decided to narrow it down to Paragon and Hillside Honda. Paragon was closer to me so i made a visit there first. This was going to be my first car purchase so i was a bit nervous. Immediatetly i did not fill welcome at Paragon, when i walked into the showroom i was not seen to right away. I had to show myself aroung when finally some one decided to help me out. I told the salesman this would be my first car purchase and i told him that i wanted to look at the 08 civic. he insisted on showing me cars that i was not interested in. He even had the nerve to try and get me to sign a contract, that to for a car i did not want, and he told me that it was procedure paperwork, i was extremely unhappy with the salesman and i was getting very irritated. i felt like he was rushing me into making a purchase and taking advanatge of the fact tht i was a first time buyer. When he say that i was catching up with his charade he told me to not waste time and if i did not want to make a purchase the door was open. The following week, i decided to go visit Hillside Honda. When i walked into the showroom, i was greeted by a young man, Sunny. He asked me what i was interested in looking at today, he listened to me curteiously and answered all my questions. He took his time and walked me through the whole process and even showed me all the features of the civic. Sunny is a very knowlegdable salesperson. I did not feel nervous at all and he did not get irriated at me for asking too many questions. The whole experience was pleaseant Sunny made it very easy for me to get a brand new 08 honda civic. I would recommend Hillside HOnda to everyone, i already told my whole family and friends about them. Thank you Hillside Honda. I will definately shop with them again. More

He and the finance officer Ali then did everything in their power to make a deal happen for me where I was paying exactly what I wanted in car note per month as well as getting me the exact vehicle that I wanted. The burden of my previous vehicle has now been removed and there are no words that can really tell of my gratitude to Hillside Honda for that!!!!!!!!!!!! It's wonderful to be able to receive great customer service, in a timely and efficient manner by these honorable dealers. They really blew my expectations out of the water! More

That’s where she purchased her first car. On Friday September 12, 2008 I met a wonderful salesman named Adrian at the dealership. Adrian was straightforward with all of the company’s policies and guidelines. Everything I wanted to be incorporated in the car and price was included. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. On Saturday September 13th I drove off the lot with a 2009 Honda Civic LX. My experience with the dealership and my salesman was absolutely an invigorating and painless experience. I would definitely recommend Hillside Honda to others. More
