Ana Cecilia, a delivery assistant, was courteous, efficient and knowedgable about every function in my new car. She changed the plates and delivered my car right to me with a big smile. With my last lease i worked with a fantastic salesperson named Adrian who took his time and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He went out of his way to deliver the vehicle when I needed it on my time not his. Everyone from the manager to the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The service dept.is excellent. Every time i do my scheduled maintenance they go over my car in great detail. They are timely with their appointments and are vvery accomodating. let me start off with the sales person was friendly and very helpful. the manager was totally shady. having done my research online and visiting 4 other dealers i went back here thinking i would get the be very helpful. the manager was totally shady. having done my research online and visiting 4 other dealers i went back here thinking i would get the best deal. they matched the deal i got from a dealer in long island but all of a sudden added another 1000 in fees. a 400 dollar inspection fee ( it was explained to me that this fee was to clean and wash the car before it got the car). no such fee exists. i told them give me the car as is then and he continued to try to tack on fees elsewhere. after a hour of this song and dance i proceeded to leave and then he wanted to give me a discount on the alarm i wanted when before that there was no way he could do this. left with a really bad experience. another thing, i am a triple aaa member and im supposed to get a fixed price at or under invoice. when i tried to use my membership to get a price they wouldnt give me the price saying that they could give me a better deal. totally shady operation. went to p.s. honda in long island and they gave me a price for the same car 200 bucks under invoice and a good price on my trade in. i dealt with bill over there and he was great. i dont know about the service department but the sales people were great. I bought my first car here 2 weeks ago after reading all the positive reviews. I was very nervous about going thru the process, but I was able to get the car I wanted with minimal pain. I found him to be very low key, not pushy at all. That is just what I needed because a more aggressive sales person would have sent me running for the door. They sat me down with the finance guy towards the end of the process, and he tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn't want, but when I said no, he didn't persist. The only complaint I have is the long waits between various parts of the process and they didn't have our car there when they said they would. Otherwise, I feel like I got a great car for a fair price. Thank you Enrique! More
