I was very impressed with Hillside Honda after buying my very first SUV, a Honda CR-V, last Sunday. I was able to turn in my Acura TSK 4 months early (although I loved the car) and get a Honda Civic Hybrid, which I wanted because I care about the environment, fuel efficiency, saving money on gas, and avoiding traffic on the HOV lane. Everyone was courteous and extremely friendly. No one tried to pressure or rush me in making a decision. Pete has helped me in the past. This is my fifth or sixth Honda lease. Mike Robitaille was simply fantastic. He was patient, helpful, and clear. He took me out on a test drive, which convinced me that I wanted the car. He explained the great design features. The car has a lot of pep and handles beautifully. He got me the color I wanted and helped me figure out the most cost effective way to turn in my Acura TSX early so that I could get a Hybrid at a good price now and minimize the cost of my having exceeded the lease miles allowed. Hillside Honda is an extremely busy dealership, yet I was better and more personally attended to than in much quieter and emptier dealerships. Not only were my needs attended to, but my 7 year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed the hours we spent there. I came home with a great car and he got a basketball. Thanks!!! More

The friendly and courteous service of Mr. Jospeph and him even accomodating my schedule with work by coming in on his day off really helped getting this vehicle a wonderful experience. Dealers I have been to before in the tri-state area try to lure people in with there specials and quickness to get you into the dealership and then turn you away once you have nothing they are looking for. At HH I didnt feel that pressure and even a good friend of mines who is a department Manager at a high end retail store on Long Island went with me and even said he will go back and deal with Mr. Joseph because of the way he delivers the product. I was extremely happy with my salesperson, Dennison Adams. I called him on Thursday, we were at the dealership on Saturday. He told me emphatically "You will walk out of here with a car." We both sat down and worked through the numbers together. Open lines of communication and the transparency of the process highlighted the sale.
