I contacted Danielle through Hillsidehonda.com. She was very helpful and listened to what I needed and promplty referred me to my salesman, Dennison Adams. I had major concerns with the return of my old vehicle and he helped me take care of everything. Not only is he knowledgeable about the vehicles, but he is straightforward and trustworthy. A couple of yrs ago I purchased a Honda Civic SI from another local Honda dealer, needless to say worst choice I ever made. Something went wrong and of course it was blamed on me, so it "wasnt covered un another local Honda dealer, needless to say worst choice I ever made. Glad I made a choice and decided to do a little research, simply because they saved me about $900.00. Dave Anderson is the most down to earth, understanding service manager I could have ever encountered.He listened to what I had to say and did not jump to his own conclusions on as to what had happened.And for that I want to say thank you, there are still honest people out there you just have to find them. Here I am A couple of years later and have leased not 1 but 2 vehicles from Hillside Honda. The sales staff is extremely professional and very well dressed makes you feel like a millon bucks the moment you walk through the door.Dennison Adams who sold me the second car was very informative,well spoken and certainly knew his stuff. Now,the Ray-man himself, hmmm to sum him up in one word "interesting". He has a warped sense of humor but always business-minded. And a willingness to work out any situation to benefit the customer. He's not pushy to make a sale. If you don't want to buy or lease that's ok with him, come back when you are ready. I really like that about him. And last but specially not least, Anna. She's the one who tells you all there is to know about your car. She's like a car encyclopedia but very sweet person. Now you would think by ready this that I known these people a long long time. I've never been treated so special by a team of car dealers and I have commend them on their professionalism and respect towards customers. They did everthing I wanted to make me happy and I owe it all to Dennison Adams who is also a respectable and sweet person. He even called me two weeks later to see of everything was ok. To this day, if I have a problem, Dennison always goes out of his way to help me. In fact, I plan on returning this Septemeber to purchase the new 2008 Honda Accord Iv'e had my eye on for a while.
