It’s my 30th Honda from Hillside Honda...so I guess I’m sold for life!!! Peter Petito, the dealership Manager, Michelle my Saleslady and Henry in Service have become family over the years and are deserving of special mention. My first Honda was a 1991 Civic Si. Free recall of airbag. Brought in mt Honda Civic for FREE Recall of passenger airbag. Left and now SRS light is on. WHY? Went back and at first I was told that I would be Brought in mt Honda Civic for FREE Recall of passenger airbag. Left and now SRS light is on. WHY? Went back and at first I was told that I would be charged $140 for them to look at it!!!! How can that be the case! Airbag was replaced so why this problem. Went back and so BUSY, I have to make an appointment to come back AGAIN! More

I had accidents, when I went to hillside Honda I was taken very lightly even when I kept saying I need it to be fixed ASAP due to an family emergency, I was said there is no worker to help fix on time, taken very lightly even when I kept saying I need it to be fixed ASAP due to an family emergency, I was said there is no worker to help fix on time, when I wanted it back, lots of excuses was given, and finally when I did get it back they took more then a month with a huge bill to my insurance company and also messed my up auto window setting, which was working fine before I dropped it... Not great of over all service My service could have been better. Much better. I wanted to get a remote start. The person said we have two prices, 495 and 695. Regular remote star My service could have been better. Much better. I wanted to get a remote start. The person said we have two prices, 495 and 695. Regular remote start or remote start with alarm. In my mind, why would I pay 200 dollars for an alarm. After the service was done I found out that the second option was an enhanced remote with better features for the remote start. If explained well I would have gone for the higher price and get it done in one shot. Also when I went to pick up my car, no one explained the remote start features to me. I had to find someone. Then they couldn't help. They had to find someone. They couldn't do it either. So they called the original mechanic. Spend 25 to 30 min extra for few people to figure this simple thing out. More
