I left a lease 2 months prior to it ending and got a new lease here. To my surprise, I had to continue paying both leases and the seller did not clarify this at the time of the sale. For this reason, I felt lease here. To my surprise, I had to continue paying both leases and the seller did not clarify this at the time of the sale. For this reason, I felt lied to and taken advantaged of. Also, I had to pay a penalty charge at the other company which was the supposed owner of the last car, until they sell the car. For this reason, this is my last lease at Hillsode Honda. My advice for anyone leasing here, read the contract thoroughly, do not trust your seller. More
Receptionists are rude; service is good I went here 3 wks ago to get my AC fixed and was told a part needed to be ordered that should come in within 5days and that I should get a call when i I went here 3 wks ago to get my AC fixed and was told a part needed to be ordered that should come in within 5days and that I should get a call when it was here so that it could be installed. I did not receive a call for 2 wks. I called them to find out that the part had already arrived; however, it could not be installed until the following week? A simple phone call would have been nice, especially since I cannot easily rearrange my work schedule. The receptionist on the phone didn't even bother to apologize or even realize that this was inconvenient and unprofessional. Every time I call the center, the receptionists are rude; one even snapped that I was giving her the wrong VIN number; when she entered it again, it worked but never bothered to apologize that she had just entered it wrong. I always hear loud laughing and chatter in the background of calls. When I got there for my appointment, the man behind the counter (?Yahsink?) was kind and professional, so this service was salvaged by him. But I wish the receptionists were more courteous and that the company had bothered to contact me earlier. More

Terrible Service The times I have taken my vehicle to Hillside Honda I have always had negative experiences. I will not be going back! Today I went in for a diagnostic The times I have taken my vehicle to Hillside Honda I have always had negative experiences. I will not be going back! Today I went in for a diagnostic check up as some sensors turned on and later turned off in my vehicle. While my vehicle was being serviced, I never received updates on my vehicle. When I text my service member he never replied. When I went in to check on my vehicle after 5 hours of leaving it at the service center I was told there were 10 cars ahead of me. I was told to come back near 5pm. That would have been a total of near to 7 hours to service a diagnostic issue that possibly was a false alarm. I have a busy work schedule and it is extremely difficult for me to find time to service my car, or leave my car at the service center. I would have liked for the issue to have been resolved within a reasonable time frame. I opted to take my car out of being serviced and the issue was never resolved. I will be finding another Honda dealer to service my vehicle moving forward. More
