Came in because brake light as well as engine light came on Had to get my vehicle towed to hillside from Manhattan because multiple warning notifications . Once there o was told my car would not be serviced the Had to get my vehicle towed to hillside from Manhattan because multiple warning notifications . Once there o was told my car would not be serviced the same day and they will contact me ..onlyb2 hours later was called to say i can return to get the vehicle and that the computer was reset and all is ok .. this was false the car again didn’t pick up speed and slowed down and eventually cuff off with the engine light coming back on More

They do a multi-point vehi I don't know anything about cars. Usually every year I bring my car to Hillside Honda for inspection and motor oil change. They do a multi-point vehicle inspection check for no charge. Then base on that inspection, they recommend what should be done on the car. The work were done right. I have been to other Honda dealership to service the car. They only did half the job and I had to go back for service. I am satisfied with Hillside Honda's service. My car do not have problems so far. More
worst customer service - nasty attitude I had my appointment confirmed a month ago - I got confirmation call day before my appointment from service center - next day when i reached there - t I had my appointment confirmed a month ago - I got confirmation call day before my appointment from service center - next day when i reached there - they said my name is not on the schedule - I argued and they said ok leave your car we will try to do it today or may be we will keep it for over night - i told them if u can't do the job then call me so i can take my car back. They did not call me all day - late afternoon i called them lady said car is ready - i went there and spend 30 minutes to pick up my car - people are not helpful - very rude - nasty - anyway after a week my car has again same issue - the reason i took my car because my honda oddesey 2018 sliding doors got some technical fault and Honda sent recall letter - More

However, I must say that the replacement of my NYS inspection sticker on the front windshield was the sloppiest I've ever experienced. Really. The old sticker was not fully removed, and the new sticker was affixed over a partial image of the old one. Not the end of the world, but still disappointing at the lack of care and attention given to that specific detail. More

The intake representative on the inside was just as polished. My main issue lies with trying to contact Hillside Honda by phone. Don't waste your time trying to calling them. By far, their customer service by phone is the worst. The person who answers immediately places you on hold without acknowledging you or waiting for a response to their greeting. I tried three different times and got the same result. On each call I waited for more than ten minutes before I hung up. On the last call, I could hear the representative giggling before placing me on hold. In my opinion, this is how they normally conduct business and view wasting customer's time as a joke. Thankfully, there is an online option by which you can schedule an appointment. Otherwise, I probably would still be on hold right now. More
