MANAGER WAS RELEUCTANT TO PROVIDE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR ON MY INITAL VISIT. I was charge $175 for suspension inspection and $155 for wheel alignment service which was not done at the time I was told to bri ON MY INITAL VISIT. I was charge $175 for suspension inspection and $155 for wheel alignment service which was not done at the time I was told to bring the car back. My car had a suspension issue hillside Honda did improper inspection on initial visit from Honda therefore I had to go back there three times. If you pay for service and it is not rendered at the time please have them remove it off your bill. Also, when you pay $175 for inspection they should take time out to properly check and make sure inside and outside of the car issue at hand is full checked out. More
