WORST The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I recently attempted to lease a car from this dealership and had a terrible experience. After picking up the car which The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I recently attempted to lease a car from this dealership and had a terrible experience. After picking up the car which was brand new I noticed white residue on the drivers seat panels. After deciding this car was not for me later in the day (roughly 4 hours later). I returned to the dealership to return my car. I felt I was pressured and lied to about my rights regarding this as a way for the dealership to keep me from returning the car. I literally put 10 miles on the car and the excuse I was receiving was the car would now be considered used as a result it would cost the dealership money to take it back. However this is strictly a tactic and the dealership made a decision to not unwind the deal. I feel a repeat customer or any customer for that matter should be treated better. The lack of customer service was truly discouraging. I am a loyal Nissan owner and have never had this type of experience before. What bothered me the most was I was not just dealing with a salesman but the GENERAL MANAGER Bill Vielee. The experience will ensure my family, my friends and I will never go here again. More
