Oh let me tell you about this dealership. So from the beginning. My younger sister went to check out a 2020 nissan versa that she had been researching for about a week or so. Did insurance q So from the beginning. My younger sister went to check out a 2020 nissan versa that she had been researching for about a week or so. Did insurance quotes and everything. This is her first car so I as her brother was helping her look and give her advice. We go to the dealership test drive the car and she falls in love. We go in do a credit app and my dad and her get approved. Mind you the salesman is great! So the bank says they need 1500 also along with my dad cosigning. Great. The only issue is my sister only has 500 and needs about 2 weeks to pay the 1000. The sales person tells the general manager (Billy) and soon he comes back and tells us that the general manager said that if we bring my dad in Saturday (1-28-23) to sign paperwork and my sister comes in with insurance, they would give us the 2 weeks to pay the 1000. Great...right? Nope. We all come in Saturday. My dad starts signing paperwork along with my sister. My sister gets the insurance. Mind you we're at the salesperson desk signing some of the paperwork.... then he brings us in to the finance office. Everything falls apart....immediately he asks for the 1000. We tell him that wasn't the deal. We tell him that we were promised 2 weeks to pay the rest. We left 500. We bought my dad. My dad signed. We held up our end of the deal. We argue with this man who tells us he didn't make this deal nor did he hear about it. So what you're saying is your sales person is lying? Nope...even our sales person said the same thing. This wasn't the deal. This dealership...no let me rephrase...the dealership finance manager and general manager are rude as xxxx and lie to get sales. Even on their salesperson. I will post this review every where I can because no one should have to deal with what she did today. More

Everyone was incredible helpful! Especially the Sales person Pete Surdi! The experience was the best I have had in purchasing the many cars I have over the last 40 years. I have been using thus dealership for many years. I have purchased or leased at least 5 vehicles from them over the years. I have found the sales/financing staff easy to work with and they are knowle I have purchased or leased at least 5 vehicles from them over the years. I have found the sales/financing staff easy to work with and they are knowledgeable about their vehicles. No upsetting and no bait and switch. Just good honest people. The customer service/ maintenance department a pleasure. They get the car in and out, never try to upsell or sell unneeded maintenance. More
