My new 2019 MKZ car purchase. Mike Caputo was diligent in his searches in comparing the 2019 and 2020 MKZ cars to help me decide what features I wanted in a car. Mike was patient and knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale. Mike gave me a hands-on overview of driving the car, access to U-Tube videos, and was great technically in setting up my cell phone in the car. Mike talked to me about maintenance of my new car, that the dealership would pick up my car from my home for servicing and return it, and I could come by anytime for a car wash or to get any questions answered about the operation of my car. I would definitely ask for Mike again in purchasing another car. BTW I love my new 2019 MKZ. More

He called me right back and paved the way for me to bring my vehicle in early on New Year's Eve for service. I had purchased a tire repair and replacement policy with the lease. I was greeted promptly, service was immediate, and cost was $0, because of the replacement policy. Going in my expectations were for a long wait or need to rent a loaner. I had to do neither because everything was done within an hour. This treatment all around was great, and gives more than lip service to the privileges of being a "Lincoln Owner". GregK More

Excellent Service Experience I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and quick check of overall car before a trip to Boston.
