I had an excellent service experience yesterday. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. I came for an oil change, lube, and tire rotation. It was explained to me other service that my A I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. I came for an oil change, lube, and tire rotation. It was explained to me other service that my Acura needed based on its age and the mileage. I was given an estimated time to complete the service which was within five or ten minutes of the actual time. The estimate was very close. I know I can take my car to a minute lube business and spend less money, but it would cost me more in the long run because other necessary services would not be done.
