Hello, we do not appreciate you posting a negative review when your words are false. We not only reviewed all the footage of the entire time that your vehicle was here noting that no one ever opened your trunk; but also found video footage of you taking your sunglasses out of the trunk of your car and leaving with them. We mentioned on the phone with you that we would be happy to provide this footage to you. If we did lose your glasses we would immediately replace them as it is the right thing to do, but we have video evidence that the glasses left the building in your possession and it is not right to blame us for their disappearance.
