Our service guy, Brandon worked diligently to get our cost to a minimum! We had a bumper to bumper warranty but unfortunately the blind spot monitors were malfunctioning after driving approximately 30 mi cost to a minimum! We had a bumper to bumper warranty but unfortunately the blind spot monitors were malfunctioning after driving approximately 30 min. During the initial inspection it was discovered that the left rear quarter panel had been hit and repaired without any notification to Carfax or the dealership when they took it in for trade. Because of that the warranty for the blind spot monitor was invalid. The dealership split the cost with me and then knocked off a substantial amount for the parts. Unfortunately the same problem persisted after we obtained the car from the dealership shop. Now the further inspection and repair is on their dime! More
