Quick and friendly service When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly greeted with a smile from Mark. I was disappointed to hear that the service would take 2.5 hours but he not only offered to get me a breakfast sandwich, but to also do anything and everything he could to speed things along. In less than 2 hours and 2 complimentary Starbucks coffees later, I was out of there. It was a wonderful experience--I read a book and drank my coffee in a very comfortable bright waiting area. More

Professional, thorough and accomodating. I brought in my Audi for a piston replacement that Audi of America authorized due to a major oil consumption problem. TJ Zongol, Mark Steponaitis, and I brought in my Audi for a piston replacement that Audi of America authorized due to a major oil consumption problem. TJ Zongol, Mark Steponaitis, and Dominic Parker were all very accommodating during this period, responding thoroughly to my questions and providing me a loaner car during the repair period. Unfortunately, the repair period had to be extended for 4 days due to a check engine light problem following the piston repair. Although I was initially disappointed as a result of this new problem, the check engine light problem was identified and repaired. Thus far, the check engine light has remained off. At one point during the repair period, TJ Zongul drove to my house on his way home from work and replaced the loner car license plate that was due to expire, thus preventing me from having to return the car to Hoffman Audi for plate replacement. I am very satisfied with my service experience at Hoffman Audi and would recommend this service department to others. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the service provided. More

Pleasantly Surprised The setup of the appointment was was very easy, after we got a hold of the New London facility. There was a re-call and an air condition issue to be resolved and it was handled very professionally and we were notified when the work was completed so we could pick the vehicle up.
