Very Responsive My wife was on her way to a consultation in New London when she hit a curb and took out her tire and rim. I drove there from Guilford to give her my c My wife was on her way to a consultation in New London when she hit a curb and took out her tire and rim. I drove there from Guilford to give her my car so she could get to her appointment while I dealt with the car. I called Hoffman and they said to bring it right in. By the time the tow truck got there they had checked to see if they had a tire and rim in stock (no such luck) and were ready to order what I needed as soon as they checked out the car. They called the next day with cost info, and the day after that we picked up the car. I am very impressed with the responsiveness, communication, and willingness to take on an unscheduled job and get it done quickly. More

Replacement of a punctured tire. I had a punctured tire, called the service department and was able to drive in to have my tire inspected.
