Saved my meeting Hi got a flat tire travelling down from NH on a Sunday night. Not only did they offer me breakfast, and have a pleasant area to wait, but I made it to my meeting on time. To top it all off, they didn't even charge me for the repair! More

Flawless customer service by Dominic & the service team! I had a wonderful experience one again with Hoffman Audi of New London's service department. I needed to schedule my first 5000 mile oil change. The I had a wonderful experience one again with Hoffman Audi of New London's service department. I needed to schedule my first 5000 mile oil change. The initial appointment booking was seamless. I ordered a loaner car at that time. A reminder email was sent to me the day before. I arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, they had my loaner ready to go. I spent 2-3 minutes with the paperwork and off I went.. 1 hour and 35 minutes later Dominic called and said the car was ready. I returned the loaner, signed paperwork and once again was on my way in 5-10 minutes. Dominic and the entire service team were incredibly friendly, professional a knowledgeable. . Thank you More
