Mark Steponaitis is second to none when it comes to providing excellent customer service. This time around I made an appointment to have the S7 owner's manual downloaded to my new car. Scheduling was a breeze as It's always done via email with Mark. While I was there I had a lot of questions about my car and Mark took the time to answer. He was patient, thorough and If he couldn't answer my question, he brought the employee responsible for the applicable area to me for answers.
