Everytime I call or go in for service Mark and Dominic always have a smile and are great to deal with, this is why I keep going back for service there. I am in and out quickly, and it is nice to pick my car with looking and running perfect as any Audi should. I have taken my other vehicle (non Audi) to another local dealership, and they treat you the total oppsite Hoffman service does, the car is clean and waiting right there for you, no hunting around for your own car in a parking lot like other dealers make you do.
