Still having issues I brought my convertible A4 in for several issues, and asked for a complete dianostic to be run as well. Immediate issues were addressed, but diagnostic obviously not run because I wasn't even off the lot when the check engine light came on again. I had to schedule an additional service appointment to get further issues looked at. The only reason I am rating this service as average is due to the phenomenal service by Dominic Parker! He has been extremely accommodating, and has done his best to try and help me resolve all the issues that keep occurring. More

It became undriveable and my carrier offered to drop it off @ Hoffman Audi in New London. They couldn't have been more accomadating. They managed to check over the car, fix the problem, clean it up, and road test it. In so doing, reassuring me that everything was okay. I couldn't have been happier! This is my "Go to Audi Dealer"!
