2nd Service, as good as the 1st! This is only my second time using the Audi service center, and also my second time working with Mark Steponaitis. Mark has to be one of the best in This is only my second time using the Audi service center, and also my second time working with Mark Steponaitis. Mark has to be one of the best in his field. He took my appointment by phone, and was extremely helpful and accommodating with my schedule, and need of a loaner vehicle. He came out and helped me with the features of the loaner, one of which would've panicked me, had he not told me about it in advance (the engine shutting off at complete stops).
