Timing Chain Replacement I originally went in to have some electrical testing done with my 2010 A4. They heard the timing chain sounded a little loose so I should get it looke I originally went in to have some electrical testing done with my 2010 A4. They heard the timing chain sounded a little loose so I should get it looked at soon. Turns out the chain was about to go (I have high miles). I'm very thankful for their service and the hard work they take part in to ensure customer satisfaction. The repair was done in a timely manor considering we were hit with a snow storm... which was fine with me because they lent me a S Line Q3 loaner. Overall Hoffman Audi New London is spectacular. They fulfill and exceed all my expectations. Great Job Guys! More

I can't say enough for this dealership and I can honestly say I will be purchasing a brand-new Audi at some point and referring everybody I can. More

I was concerned about noise in my brakes and was convinced they needed to be replaced and I would incur a large bill. However, Hoffman did not attempt to unnecessarily replace my brakes as there is still life in the pads and recommended they be looked at during next service appointment. I have confidence in Hoffman taking good care of me and my auto. They would never recommend something which would not need to be replaced. More

The recall for my car went smoothly. I do have an issue however with the oil change service I received in June. When I purchased this used car I was told the car had just had an oil chan I do have an issue however with the oil change service I received in June. When I purchased this used car I was told the car had just had an oil change. 3,000 miles into owning this car my oil light came on to add 1/2-1 quart of oil. I didn't think to much about it went and purchased a quart. Then I went in June to have my oil changed (and filter, etc) again. Yesterday my oil light came on again this time at 4,000 miles! This car has only around 18,000 miles on it. My husband said he thinks that when the oil filter is changed that no one takes into account the oil needed to fill that filter. That oil change cost me $190 and I had to go purchase a quart of oil to put in my car. I called Hoffman service and told them about this happening now twice to me and I was told that they would make sure next time I go in for an ol change that they would check the ol level before I leave (really ? Shouldn't this be always be done?). In addition I asked how many quarts of oil my car needs (having purchased 8 quarts at my oil change) and was told he didn't know and that all cars take different amounts (again, really?) . I have owned new cars for 40+ years and have never experienced anything like this with oil changes before nor the fact that I call the service department to get such a lame answer to my issue and question. Not happy at all. More

Quick, efficient and professional service visit. Living an hour away from Hoffman in New London, it is usually a long ride in Connecticut traffic. I have to say there are not many places I would travel an hour to for car service, especially when there are much closer options. That should be a clue that it is well worth the trip. From dealing with Pete in sales 2+ years ago, to T.J. Zongol in service, my experience has always been excellent. Not being happy about some major repairs needed 6 months out of warranty, T.J. made the effort to find whatever means to discount the repairs, and ended up saving me a good amount on the final bill. He was genuine in his concern of my frustration. I will soon be in the market for my 5th Audi, and Hoffman will be my first stop, and Pete my first call. More
