Fair Feedback Came in for service with completed Hoffman estimate of $700+. The morning of drop off Roberto told me the estimate was wrong and the repairs would be Came in for service with completed Hoffman estimate of $700+. The morning of drop off Roberto told me the estimate was wrong and the repairs would be $1200+. He advised that I may want to just call other repair shop to go through insurance as though my time and convenience was irrelevant. I left and called Geico (my insurance) and they scheduled me back at Hoffman Geico facility this time. This time estimate and work came to $800+ (the Geico repair facility, Ray, did work extremely fast and efficiently to get the job done I must say and I was happy with this department overall). This experience made me feel life my time and work schedule were not valued and more importantly the fluctuating priced make me question the integrity of the service center. More
