My visit was a factory recall review and a vehicle 25,000 mile service, I also needed a battery for my keyfob. Tami Kroh was my Service Consultant. She greeted me warmly in a friendly manner. Since my primary reason was a recall review we decided I would wait and see if there was a need to make a change to the door latches. If not I would wait on the service but if needing replacement I would take the shuttle home. Tami followed. up quickly since service checked it out and I was informed immediately. I was. on my way within an hour with a service, new battery in my key fob and a freshly washed car. I could not be more pleased with how this service call was handled.
