Car was taken when I came in and sent to determine what needed to be done for air pressure monitor that was not working along with an oil change, break check and general review as car has over 100,000 mile needed to be done for air pressure monitor that was not working along with an oil change, break check and general review as car has over 100,000 miles on it. Was sent a video of the service check-up to visualize what was being recommended. Recommended other repairs that I was told could be held off on. Not wishing to be surprised by a failure of metal components I chose to go forward. A loaner car was arranged and car was ready by closing same day. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Was not rushed through explanations of what was being recommended. Very satisfied with service dept. More

From the very first person I interacted with, I was taken care of immediately. Was there for a diagnosis of my vehicle and was out and put into a loaner vehicle within 20 minutes of being there. They called me before noon to said my Maintenance appointment was all set. Almost $1000 for routine service. My car was not washed or cleaned inside.
