All i wanted to do was get a oil change, i was told that i need a tire ailment and a tune up. I informed Matthew that i just wanted to get the oil change and that my husband will deal with the rest. Matthew kept on pushing the situation trying to convince me to get a all the other things done. At one point i had to call my husband to let him know . He spoke with Matthew and said no just the oil change. I also had to show up at the dealer because I didn’t receive no call letting me its done. I dropped the car off at 11am i got there before closing time for them to informed me that i can wait another 30min to get my car wash. I said forget about it, I don’t need it. As i get in my car i notice that my oil maintenance light was on so i went back to the dealership to let Matthew know and he said that he didn’t see anything, the next following day when i turned my car the oil maintenance light was on, at this moment i was pissed because Matthew made me feel so dumb he made it seem like I didn’t know what i was talking about. So once i had to take another trip to the dealership and this time Jackie/Victoria that works in the service department was able to turn it off. More
