Hoffman Lexus - Service Center

Service for a car with 97,000 miles. After seeing a check engine light on I took the car into Hoffman to have it checked. The problem, which I can't explain, required me to leave my car After seeing a check engine light on I took the car into Hoffman to have it checked. The problem, which I can't explain, required me to leave my car for a week. I was given a beautiful brand new loaner car for the week. I received regular updates the status of the repair. Best of all, the repair was covered under warrenty. I have 97,000 miles on my car! The service would have cost thousands of dollars. I have been going to Hoffman for 9 years and plan to keep on going to Hoffman, Bob, Jeff and the rest of the staff were terrific. More

It does not get any better. Service was excellent and most accommodating. Called at noon on Saturday for service that day and they made an appointment for 2:00pm. Jeff greeted me and within minutes had a diagnosis of what proved to be the issue...when I picked up the car, it drove like new and looked the part too. I was given a delicious breakfast sandwich and a great cup of coffee. This kind of service is standard every time I have come in with one of two Lexus vehicles that I own (usually at 30K intervals). I will continue to trust Hoffman Lexus with my autos and wil, more than likely, purchase another Lexus there. Don't change a thing!! More

Good and speedy service experience Everything was done quickly and Micki was great. One of the gentlemen from service also helped me chang car seats from my car to the loaner but I dont Everything was done quickly and Micki was great. The loaner was not the best and had a stink but thankfully we were in it for only a short time and gave the feedback to Micki. I will go back and get my car serviced here again. More
