Not the best experience I have had in my 6 years. I brought the vehicle in for its first service. Mr. DiNapoli was friendly and adjusted the navigation system for me. The car was professionally cleaned and returned at the time promised. Unfortunately, no one checked the tire pressure after the rotation and the pressure was high and uneven in each tire. Ms. Pelletier assisted with technical questions. I found her to be abrupt and unhelpful. She had provided the original technical orientation, and my wife and I left not knowing how to turn on the radio. No more help from her, please. More

Technology problem I worked directly with Jeff Dorman and Derek (technology analyst). Both were excellent to work with.
