Good overall experience Waited 10 minutes when we arrived for a service consultant. They were short handed. Outstanding Service I asked for a 25,000 service appointment within a 3 day period and although they were booked, they asked if I could come in at 7:30 am. I really needed the car done before a big trip, so I agreed. They had no loaners available, which they usually do, so I waited. As soon as I sat down in Jeff, my service rep's office, he asked if I would like breakfast and handed me a menu from a local diner. This is the kind of service I receive from Hoffman's. I had another Lexus when I lived in another state, and although the service was good, it was not as great as this dealership. More
