The vehicle wasn't washed in a manner which would be expectable to Lexus standards...Not a big issue....I guess when you expect the best, that's what you always look for..So thanks again Lexus Service Dept. for a job well done... Not too happy this time Usually the service is great, this time, they forgot to secure my skid plate and by the time I got home I didn't know what was wrong. After examining Usually the service is great, this time, they forgot to secure my skid plate and by the time I got home I didn't know what was wrong. After examining the issue I determined the skid plate had not been fully secured and it must have caught on something and broke. I brought it back and rather than replacing it, they removed the hanging pieces and told me I was good to go. I questioned if they had replaced it and I examined it myself and saw that a big chunk was missing. They are supposed to be ordering me a new one and now I will need to go back a third time!. Not too happy this time. More

The wait was very relaxing, a very welcome respite in a busy day. As a matter of fact, everything about the experience was very pleasant. The technology specialist who greeted me when I arrived was efficient, pleasant, knowlegable, the waiting room was clean with comfortable lounge chairs, there was a variety of snacks to choose from, and the coffee and tea very welcome. I especially liked the separate waiting rooms (lounges), my favorite being the one that has no TV. It is really considerate of Lexus to offer both types of waiting rooms. Checkout in the specialist's office was also very pleasant. More

The vehicle was serviced within the time quoted to me upon arrival, the exterior was washed, and the interior was vacuumed. Monica explained clearly the service to be done, the cost, and made me feel welcome as a Hoffman customer. Also,nJim Berube made it a point to come over and say "hello". This is my 6th Hoffman Lexus vehicle, and I highly recommend this dealership. More

I have used Hoffman for service since I purchased my 2001 Lexus (used) many years ago from Bill Jones. The service has always been polite, courteous and most of all excellent. I was always made aware of an estimated cost for needed repairs and also informed if there were items that "could wait until the next service." I know my 2001 Lexus won't last forever and it may seem strange to admit that I have "enjoyed" the service. You have the greatest employees, they are always happy to provide such good service.
