Service check up I came in for my 95,000 mile check up. Monica meet me right away. Ask what service I needed , and asked if had any problems. I told her that at 60 mi I came in for my 95,000 mile check up. Monica meet me right away. Ask what service I needed , and asked if had any problems. I told her that at 60 miles an hour I had intense rattling. She had a service attend take test ride with me he heard the noise and new the solution right away. I had questions about some features in my Lexus and scheduled an appointment with the Hoffman service staff in East Hartford CT. Their tech guy Derek answered all my questions and gave me an hour long scheduled an appointment with the Hoffman service staff in East Hartford CT. Their tech guy Derek answered all my questions and gave me an hour long, personal tutorial on all the operating features of my vehicle. It saved me a lot of time flipping through the owners manual. I have never encountered such a knowledgeable, helpful and courteous staff of professionals at any other car dealer. Hoffman gets my vote as the best dealership in CT. More

I lost my key to my car while traveling on business. Unfortunately my only key, I had to get a new one made and the expense is very heavy.
