I had the tire pressure light on in my car, and couldn't get it off after checking the tire pressures and resetting. I called Hoffman Lexus Service, and they told me to stop by any time at my convenience f get it off after checking the tire pressures and resetting. He put air in the spare tire, and that fixed the problem. No tire pressure light. Service charge? Free! Gotta love Hoffman Lexus Service. I have been a customer for over 3 years - wouldn't go anywhere else. More
I have been driving to East Hartford, CT from Longmeadow, MA for service at Hoffmann Lexus for 22 years even though there is another Lexus dealer less than 5 miles away from our home ... After checking with several Auto Body shops and obtaining quotes to have what I believe to be a serious issue due from an object that struck the hood of my vehicle and causing paint damage...As a last resort quotes to have what I believe to be a serious issue due from an object that struck the hood of my vehicle and causing paint damage...As a last resort, I decided before I went home to make a final decision as to who would be the auto body shop to restore my vehicle to the excellent condition before the damage, I stopped in at the Hoffman Auto Body shop and spoke with the first representative, whose greeting was not only charming but relaxing and professional..I asked if she would be able to give me a quote for the damage to my vehicle. After looking at the vehicle and returning to her office, she took the time to fully explained to me the entire process and approx. how long it would take..The quote she gave me wasn't the lowest, but comparable to one other quote I received that morning..I was somewhat pleased at that moment because I've trusted Hoffman for it's workmanship...So I decided to have Hoffman Auto body shop perform the work, all because Lauren Deschaine made the transition seamless and I trusted her professionalism.. I received a call from Lauren today informing me that the work to my vehicle had been completed and being sent to have the Exterior Buffed and possibly would be ready later in the day...Received a second call approx. at 2:00pm from Lauren stating that the car was ready to be picked up...When I arrived at the auto body shop and saw my vehicle out front, I couldn't believe my eyes, MY VEHICLE was looking like new money...I'm glad that the decision to have the work done at Hoffman was the right choice... But I would like to thank all that worked on my vehicle but a special thanks to LAUREN DESCHAINE, whose sincere, honest and professionalism made all the difference..Thanks again More
My Lexus had a short in electrical system. Got an appointment right away. Sammy and staff was courteous and professional. Great experience. Derek and Jim were very attentive to our problem and Derek came out very soon to correct it. Derek was so personable and attentive and thorough in resolving the problem with our car. I had a previous technitian from another company come out and they were unable to solve the problem even though they worked on it for over 1 hour. Derek had it corrected in 15 minutes...no problem. Mr. Tracey took the time and effort to research my issue associated with the driver's seat of my Lexus RX350 beyound my expectations. First of all, he reviewed (with me present) several used cars to esta associated with the driver's seat of my Lexus RX350 beyound my expectations. First of all, he reviewed (with me present) several used cars to establish if this was a "normal wear" situation or a factory defect. Once that was determined, he ordered a replacement part on a Friday and I was called on Monday that they received the part and were ready to replace the original seat cover! Upon arriving at the dealership, I was once again greeted by Craig Tracey who was extemely professional, understanding and patient with my problem and could not stop from apologizing for this factory defect - he was incredibly sincere. Lastly, I want you to know that I have never received this kind of treatment from any other car dealership(s) or even from my local repair shop in the past - Hoffman Lexus should be pround to have an employee like Craig Tracey representing them on a daily basis.
