Ann listened to what we wanted for a vehicle - added ideas for us to think about and when all was said and done - she had gone above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our vehicle. She called us when she said she would - she answered our many questions and concerns and she is a HUGE ASSET to Holiday in Fond Du Lac. Ann followed thru with all that she said she would do and that too is huge - Thank you Ann for all that you did to help us. More

Fred Toth (& the Holiday Team) really are worth the drive!!! I was not in the market for a new car just yet, but wanted an idea of what I wanted and the cost to plan for it in the coming year. I pulled into Holiday Automotive and headed towards the used Chevy Cruzes- that much I had already decided. I browsed a few minutes when I see the “dreaded salesman” headed my way. I mean, one of the main reasons I chose to do this late on a Saturday afternoon was to avoid the overbearing, pushy guy in the stuffy suit who won’t leave you alone, just trying to make a sale. Fred approached and introduced himself and I asked if he could help. I told him I was just looking and that there was no way I could afford to upgrade from the Saturn Ion I was driving. (I LOVED that car!!!) He asked why I would think that and said that although I was looking at the used selection of cars, that he knew there were a few on a special. I entertained the idea, like I said, I was gathering information to make a decision in the future anyway. We went inside where he walked over the “Red Tag Wall”. I thought “Oh. Here we go… typical sales guy going in for the kill and trying to sell me something he KNOWS I cannot afford!” I told him that if I was to test drive a car, I’d prefer it be a Chevy Cruz and it could NOT be red. He proceeded to look through the on-line inventory and said that one had just arrived- literally was pulling off the delivery truck and it was red, but not candy apple red and that I should go take a drive. I walked outside and saw a Siren red beauty and said “Hey, that’s not bad!” and went along on a test drive. After just half an hour, I knew that this was the car I was going to save up and buy. Returning to Holiday after the ride, Fred was waiting inside and it was getting late, pretty close to closing time. We sat down and he asked me what I thought. I told him it was definitely a car I would keep on the top of the list when I could afford it- hopefully next year. He again asked why I thought I couldn’t afford it and asked if I’d be willing to crunch some numbers to see if it was really out of my grasp. I said sure, what could it hurt? At least I would know how bad it was and I could set a realistic goal to attain in the future. Fred left the desk for a little while and came back stating there were a few different incentives, rebates and cash back rewards we could apply to the purchase. He took the time to visit each one to see if I was eligible, if they were applicable with others, and which way would get me the best deal available. Next, the finance department was going to try to see what lenders might still be in the office this late in the evening. Within twenty minutes Fred brought me down the hall where I entered Doug’s office to discuss what finance options they’d found for me that Fred thought would fit my budget and lifestyle. I couldn’t believe it, Fred had taken the time to talk the finance guy into staying late and helping me obtain something I thought I’d have to wait year(s)!! I was shown multiple “add-ons” that dealers often push on car buyer, but at no time did I ever feel pressured into doing anything to drive up the sale price. I even asked them to make sure that automatic car start (almost a necessity in Wisconsin weathers these days) be installed before I would drive it home. I was offered a number of different payment options with different terms, interest rates and amounts and they allowed me to take my time and really think about what might work for ME. It was late- almost two hours after closing and not one time did I feel pressured into making a decision. They even allowed me to make a few phone calls, take a few smoke breaks and consult with my significant other. After I made the decision to go ahead with the purchase and Fred came around the corner with the keys, I was so excited I hugged him with tears in my eyes! First time I’d ever been able to purchase a NEW car without a co-signer or any other help from anyone. Fred Toth and the Team at Holiday made this (unexpected) process a delight! I now know why their commercial say “Shop Holiday, they’re worth the trip!” They definitely go above and beyond what it takes and I never hesitate to travel from Green Bay to experience their excellence customer service!!!!! Very much let down We understand that the weekend that we went to look at and hopefully purchase the truck the we were interested in, it was very busy. That being said, We understand that the weekend that we went to look at and hopefully purchase the truck the we were interested in, it was very busy. That being said, once the salesman that we were working with was available, he was working with us to make sure that the truck we wanted was going to work for what we needed it for, towards the end though he left us sitting at his desk to go help others:(. Once someone else came over to finalize the deal, we went in to sign the paperwork for the sale:). Needless to say, now we are still waiting for the marker light that was to have been sent already, and it has already been a month since purchase and still have not received our license plates and the temporary tags have expired, which means we cannot drive the truck. When trying to get answers it seems like when we call, no one is in that can answer our questions, and when told by our salesman will speak with manager and have them call us back, and still waiting for the call. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! More

Mo pressure, she let me test drive and educated us thoroughly. The only draw back was i had to come back to get the car detailed. Then i found out i had no windshield fluid, they put it in but then it still didn't work, the hose to tank was broken, when I called for service they told me 2 week waiting, my husband fixed it. But being a brand new car , this shouldn't have happened. More

We ‘d begun to tentatively start looking at some of the local used car lots, fully aware that another bank loan loomed in the near future. We knew that our next door neighbor Fred Toth worked at Holiday Automotive but, based on finances, figured buying a new car was way out of range. Fred had been talking to us a few times over the fence when we’d mentioned getting a new vehicle. He suggested we stop into Holiday. “Let’s see what we can do,” he said. We’d never considered the idea of leasing a vehicle instead of buying one, but Fred showed us that, for just a bit more monthly, this option would put us into a brand new car rather than paying a much higher interest rate for the comparable monthly cost of purchasing an older car with higher miles. This puts the extra cost into being able to drive a newer, nicer car. Thanks to Fred Toth and Holiday Automotive for helping us get there. More

Not only was he very personable but really listened to what I was looking for and what I needed. I was looking for a truck and he threw out an idea on a suburban they had on the lot. My son is very tall and not a small guy so we thought an SUV would be out of the question but after he showed me this particular Suburban I thought it was perfect. Tony pointed out the features that would be helpful for what my son does. He has an awesome personality and was fun to work with. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Holiday. The best part is that they are not commissioned so a smooth talker couldn't come in and get the truck for less than I did. Hope Tony will still be there when I look for my next vehicle. I tell people about Holiday all the time and how great it is doing business with them. Shout out to Mark in Quick Lube (who is great to work with and a super guy) for sending me over to Tony. We now have 6 vehicles and get all our oil changes with Mark even though we live 30 minutes away. More
