Pleasant Experience Buying A Certified Pre-Owned Used Cruze We had not been in the used car market for over 30 years. With a young household member learning to drive we wanted to add a 3rd vehicle, but could n We had not been in the used car market for over 30 years. With a young household member learning to drive we wanted to add a 3rd vehicle, but could not justify purchasing a new one. For that reason, we were seeking a 2014 Cruze, with the added protections provided by the Certified Pre-Owned program. We had looked at several locally (we are 30+ miles away) and were close to choosing one. Then, an internet search showed that Holiday had 15 of them available. So, we took a drive up there and we were greeted by Mike Egli. He showed us every one in stock and his knowledge of the differences between each one was amazing – it did not take us long to select one with a nice combination of price, mileage, color, and features. Everything flowed pretty smoothly, and we were out the door with our Cruze that same afternoon. From the time that we left home and returned with our Cruze, less than 4 hours had elapsed. Besides the outstanding efforts put forth by Mike Egli, I would also like to comment that the business manager (Sean) who handled the closing process was exceptional in his professionalism and pleasant demeanor. The next time we are in the market for a new car, we will definitely be making a drive up to Holiday Automotive. More
