She kept us informed during the entire process, was a pleasure to deal with and followed through on a few minor details that meant a lot to us. Our one complaint was that we were offered a "Protection Package" at closing and it was for the most part a take it or leave it deal. If we had been given the information earlier to review we might have been interested but the last minute offer appeared to be a costly add on. With that one exception our experience at Holiday was very positive and we would recommend Kris, David and the dealership. More
