Unbelieveable Up until now I HATED shopping for cars. ( I am pretty sure we all feel the same) But unfortunately I had to do it, I went to Holiday and met John and Up until now I HATED shopping for cars. ( I am pretty sure we all feel the same) But unfortunately I had to do it, I went to Holiday and met John and I will be honest I was READY for the games to begin. But there was no game this time. (WHAT JUST HAPPENED?) Not only was John a pleasure to work with but I will be honest everyone who I had contact with was pleasant to say the least, The only reason I gave them a 4 for my overall experience is a belt had to be replaced and I had to wait even though they I believe everyone who was working with John knew I was coming in early. As John had to leave for a commitment he had and I really wanted to finish my transition with him. The repair of course was out of his control sadly otherwise I am sure John would have been on top of the repair and the car would have been ready. The car was detailed beautifully to what I think is as close to a new car that a used car can be. WAY TO GO for the guys behind the scenes. That being said if you are looking for a car go see John at Holiday my whole prospective on car shopping has done a 180. The other dealers should spend some time there to learn something. But then Holiday would not stand out as they truly have. I really want to give them a perfect score but what happened/ Happened! In closing WAY TO GO HOLIDAY!!! I almost want to come and buy another car but I would have to pay for it :( If you are in the market for a vehicle GET over to Holiday and see John you will not believe the experience until you see it for yourself.
