Happy Hour I made an appointment to test drive a used car online. I didn't realize that my appointment was five minutes before closing time. Tyler called me whi I made an appointment to test drive a used car online. I didn't realize that my appointment was five minutes before closing time. Tyler called me while I was driving there to apologize because that car did not have one of the features (heated seats) that I was looking for. He said that they knew someone that could put them in after market though. I asked him if they had another car that was similar in the Mazda line and he found a very slightly used Mazda CX-5, (in my favorite color) to also test drive. When I arrived both cars were ready for me to test drive. Tyler missed happy hour with his friend and stayed over an hour passed closing to allow me to test dive the cars and to write us numbers for the Mazda CX-5. I also had a trade in that they evaluated and gave me a fair amount for. The next day I researched the Mazda CX-5 and could not find a better price anywhere in our market on a similar car. My husband was at work and we could not get to the dealership until right before closing. For the second night in a row Tyler stayed over an hour past closing time to get our my car ready, including updating the navigation system. When we arrived all the paperwork was ready for signing. Tyler sat in the car with me and explained what every button did. Thank you Tyler for missing your happy hour to make me so happy with my new, slightly used, Mazda. More

Poor delivery schedule We called and made a delivery time (picking up our vehicle purchase) for the next day, got a call the next morning that they couldn't do it anymore. We then had to move it to two days later and it still took a half hour past our time slot to get in. They need more people working for deliveries or a better schedule system. More

Tire rotation took 2 hours. I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday for a tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:20. I asked for an update around 10:15-10:30 I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday for a tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:20. I asked for an update around 10:15-10:30 and was told they just needed to do the car wash. Finally got called @ 11:15 that car was done. When I got to the car, it hadn’t been washed. No comment was made for delay. Service was very poor. I sent message with concern over wait, but I never received a response. When I purchased my tires at Holiday I purchased the extra for rotation, but I won’t return. I will find a service facility that actually cares and values your patronage. More
