We have been trying to get our deposit back from Holiday World. The deposit was for the initial price and not to hold the RV. When we explained our situation to sales manager Jason Alderete and asked for our deposit back he denied it and said he would call his boss Mr. Payne in Houston, TX. adding sarcastically, "RECENTLY, MY BOSS DENIED AN ELDERLY LADY THAT EVEN BROKE HER ANKLE AND HE STILL DENIED HER $9,000.00 DEPOSIT BACK!" .. I was left with no words, this is inhumane; injustice. This is common in a third world nation, but here? In the United States of America? THE LAND OF THE FREE BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE! All we are asking is for our full deposit back which is $3,500.00. We did not take anything from this place, nothing was sold to us. We just want our money back. Along this process Mr. Alderete has been invading privacy by raising false statements and providing unprofessional customer service, with loaded words and lacking on his receptive hearing and language. Constantly showing his aggressive and anxious behavior. Furthermore, manipulated and forcing us to buy something we cant afford and purchase. This includes the sales manager Jason Alderete; Salesman Ray Lindsay and Financing Manager Bob Lancaster. You want an RV? Look somewhere else not here. Can't be making business with a business like this, that makes easy money with their hand on waist by stealing money from civilians. Update: 03/09/2021 Walked in to Holiday World located in Katy, TX. to speak with Michael Payne . Was unsuccessful in speaking with him due to him being “busy” and then “out of the store”. He rather had a middle man taking and bringing back messages. Giving us two options that are out of our way, and still forcing and manipulating us in to buying the RV and denied deposit. More

I had a great salesperson who helped my wife and I get a great RV at a great price. He walked us through the pros and cons of different kinds of RVs and, being a fellow RVer, has been very helpful with advi great RV at a great price. But dealing with the finance department has been a living xxxx. We signed up for the extended warranty when we bought our RV back in late June. I did some shopping around and found out the warranty was way more expensive and low rated than another company so I decided to go with the other company. I called Holiday World and was told by Aaron in the the finance department that canceling the extended warranty would be "taken care of." When i didn't hear back from them for about a month I called back and was assured that the refund was in process but that it would be sent to the former lien holder (we paid off our lien in 2 weeks). I called USBank and they said the refund would come from Holiday World. I called Holiday World back and talked to the general manager Al Camacho and he said to call the warranty company. I called the warranty company and they again told me the money would come from Holiday World. Now I have requested several times to have an email sent to me that I was assured would take care of the problem and after several requests have not received the email to sign and send back. In fact the finance guy, Bob Messina, told me "he was sending it right now" twice today and he never sent it. I asked him why he didn't send it two weeks ago when we spoke and he said he didn't have my email address. I gave him my email address that day. He said he'd been trying to get ahold of me and I didn't receive any calls from New Mexico in the last two weeks. They have flat out lied to me over and over again. I 've been getting the run around by these guys for 3 1/2 months. They owe us over $7000. I would highly suggest you not buy from this company. Once you're out the door they do not want to help you. We just want our money for the warranty we cancelled. Also, the general manager told me they added an extra charge when we went to buy the RV, some kind of coating that was "already on the RV" to jack up the price another $1995. I should have argued because I didn't agree to them adding this coating like another customer said in the reviews. Again, our salesman, Brent, was very helpful and we're happy with our RV, but getting the money that is rightfully our returned to us has been a nightmare! More

Do not trust financing. Upon closing for my Rv, the financing department wanted to raise the price other than What I had originally been told. When I questioned this they said they had notified me but I never agreed or heard of this until the moment. I knew this wasn’t right or true and argued with them until they agreed on giving me what I wanted and had originally agreed to and been told I would be paying. Watch out and be aware of what they tell you. More

Customer Satisfaction/Service Purchased our second RV from Holiday World in Las cruces, Had nothing but positive results from all their staff, from our initial walkthrough on our Purchased our second RV from Holiday World in Las cruces, Had nothing but positive results from all their staff, from our initial walkthrough on our new 5th wheel to the final handshake out the door, my wife and I are more than satisfied with the assistance we received, especially Brent Smith, he has helped us in all areas of the sale and answered any questions we had on the trailer and our tow vehicle from set up to tear down, even after the purchase we continue to receive assistance from Brent and we really appreciate his knowledge and experience. Don't stand behind their product We bought a new Coachmen Mirada @ Holiday World 3 yrs ago. We had Blue Ox towing system installed on our car & motor home at the time of purchase. W We bought a new Coachmen Mirada @ Holiday World 3 yrs ago. We had Blue Ox towing system installed on our car & motor home at the time of purchase. We had trouble 3 wks ago (8/7/18) in that towing devise on the car was loose & thought it wasn't right. We contacted a local mechanic, Jackson, WY, to help us out & he concluded that there was no Lock Tights were used at installation. We knew nothing about this & took for granted Holiday World of LC installed the Blue Ox correctly. . We decided to call Blue Ox & they confirmed that the situation shouldn't have happened if installed correctly. We overnighted the parts to complete the "fix" which was more than just lifting the car up & tightening a couple bolts (the whole front end of our car was taken off) It was fixed correctly & we were on our way $440 later. After our trip we contacted Holiday World with our situation & bills including receipt from mechanic saying it was not installed correctly and Holiday World denying any responsibility in the situation. We would not again do business with Holiday World as they DO NOT take any responsibility of their errors. We would have been happy to share the cost but HW wasn't willing to take their part!!! More
