Terrible terrible terrible STAY AWAY! I initially went a month prior just to start my shopping for a RV. After my first visit I received at least 3 phone calls a week from them, STAY AWAY! I initially went a month prior just to start my shopping for a RV. After my first visit I received at least 3 phone calls a week from them, a little annoying. Today I went back found a rv and worked out the deal. I told them I would give an answer within 2 hours. I actually decided within 35 minutes I wanted to complete the deal. I phoned my salesman and told him let's do it. He said cool come on and we will sign. I told him I would be there in 30 min. I pulled into the parking lot 29 min later at the same time holiday world called to inform me they just sold it out from under me. The moral of the story is, don't trust them they do not honor any part of their word. More
Best experience buying an RV We have bought 4 RV's in our time. This has been the most pleasant and educational experience we have had. Brent was recommended by a close friend and I see why. He did an outstanding job with the knowledge he shared with us. We shopped 3 other local dealerships and didn't receive the service from the beginning like Holiday World! Manny did amazing on our walk through. Leanne went out of her way on a towing issue our truck had. I can not stress the buying pleasure we had at the dealership! We recommend these guys from sales to service. Poor Customer Service This past May, I asked the service department to look at my TT air conditioner and water pump. I was told they were too busy and would not be able to This past May, I asked the service department to look at my TT air conditioner and water pump. I was told they were too busy and would not be able to look at the air conditioner and water pump until the end of June. I explained that the manufacture warranty was expiring in a few days. I requested that they at least take a look at the two items and document the issues with the manufacturer. I would then bring the TT back at the end of June. Service department personnel refused to assist me stating they were to busy. I now will have to get these two items repaired at my expense. More
Service after the sale is really bad! Holiday World has cost us more time and pain than anything we have ever purchased in our life. They do have a great sales team and if you really look Holiday World has cost us more time and pain than anything we have ever purchased in our life. They do have a great sales team and if you really look close at the reviews across their dealerships that’s pretty clear. The really important part, however, is the service end for your new RV. On this score Holiday World is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. Do yourself a HUGE favor and RUN to a different dealer. Since purchasing our RV we have learned the difference between a good dealer and a poor one. Our greatest regret is that we didn’t do more homework before making such a significant purchase decision. We genuinely feel like Holiday World cost us one year of our health, sanity, and time—and delayed our ability to live or travel in what was to be our primary home. Good Luck fellow RV’ers!! More
